I’m the owner and sole creative behind The Copper Cacti, and I’m so glad you found me.

💐 So, What Is Alternative Floral Design?

Great question! For me, alternative floral design is all about breaking the rules — in the best possible way.

Think less cookie-cutter and more:

  • Unusual flower pairings (We specialise in cacti, succulents and air plants, don’tcha know?!)

  • Unexpected shapes and textures

  • Non-traditional elements (Wanna add Lego? Your favourite D&D characters? Crystals? Nothing is off limits!)

The Copper Cacti started with one simple idea: florals should be fun. They should feel like you — not just what a wedding magazine says is trending.

I’ve worked with:

🧡 A Few Fun Facts About Me

  • I’m based in Braintree, Essex, but I travel all over the UK (and even beyond!) for cool, creative events.

  • The name? A nod to my love of desert vibes and copper accents — I’ve been growing cacti since I was five!

  • I’ve created florals inspired by everything from Pokémon to Jurassic World, Formula 1 to Wes Anderson.

  • My workspace looks like a messy, colourful jungle — and I love it that way.
